Reporting to the Manager of Customer Support Engineering, you will resolve customer concerns, build and improve internal tooling, and engineer creative solutions that help Vercel users get the absolute most out of the platform. We are looking for a deeply technical engineer who brings serious support experience to the table, someone who can specialize in multiple core domains while partnering closely with teams across the company to drive fantastic outcomes.

Requirements

Demonstrated engineering background with hands-on technical support experience in a modern web environment.
Familiarity with frameworks like Next.js and modern developer tooling.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to dive deep into unfamiliar codebases or network configurations.
Strong communication skills to explain intricate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
