You will work alongside industry leaders to champion our intelligent DevSecOps platform, driving incredible value for more than fifty million registered users globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand their unique strategic goals and ensure they realize maximum return on their investment in GitLab.
- Embed artificial intelligence into daily workflows and help clients adopt AI as a core productivity multiplier across their development teams.
- Drive user adoption, retention, and expansion across a complex portfolio of accounts within the SEUR region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to solve complex customer challenges and accelerate their digital transformation.
- Advocate fiercely for the customer internally while sharing best practices that foster a culture of continuous knowledge exchange.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise accounts within a customer success or account management capacity in the technology sector.
- A strong grasp of software development lifecycles, DevSecOps practices, and modern cloud technologies.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment with a high-performance, asynchronous culture.
- A natural curiosity for emerging technologies and a commitment to leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills that inspire trust with executive stakeholders.
