This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with enterprise clients to drive adoption, engagement, and long term retention of the BetterUp platform.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key stakeholders, helping them align our coaching solutions with their overarching business goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive success plans that guarantee measurable outcomes and high value realization for members.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your assigned accounts, creating strategies to mitigate churn and expand footprint.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and coaching operations teams to relay customer feedback and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements
- Extensive background in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting, ideally within a high growth SaaS or human capital environment.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships and driving high net retention rates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and inspire diverse teams.
- Deep passion for human transformation, mental health, and professional development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fully remote global working environment.
