Key Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand their strategic goals and ensure they realize maximum value from the GitLab platform.

- Guide engineering and security teams on best practices for integrating DevSecOps workflows seamlessly.

- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a customer facing technical advisory role such as Solutions Architecture or Customer Success.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, DevSecOps practices, and modern cloud native environments.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships and guiding large scale software migrations.
- A passion for continuous learning and a strong desire to embrace emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
