As a Senior Customer Activation Manager focusing on Partnerships, you will spearhead the activation and early growth journey for businesses joining Ramp through our partner network. Because you are joining this team early on, your voice and strategy will directly build and refine our entire Partner Success playbook. You will own problems from end to end, making consequential decisions that influence massive financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end activation and early growth strategy for partner-referred customers.
Partner closely with external networks to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Design, test, and iterate on scalable Partner Success programs from the ground up.
Identify adoption bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to accelerate time-to-value.
Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering squads to relay critical customer feedback.
