Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall architecture, configuration, and optimization of our Core Banking environment to guarantee secure, stable, and highly scalable operations.
Take total technical ownership of foundational components including security controls, system configurations, transaction routing, application communications, and batch processing frameworks.
Partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to spearhead complex application initiatives, system conversions, and enterprise-wide integrations.
Diagnose and resolve critical production issues rapidly while driving continuous improvement across the entire platform.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience designing and managing core banking or large-scale lending systems within enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in application architecture, transaction routing, batch processing, and JCL execution frameworks.
Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders across global teams.
Strong background in ensuring robust security controls, high system performance, and seamless scalability.
