As our new Senior Copywriter, you will craft compelling copy across print, digital, and video channels. While this is a true omnichannel role, a deep expertise in direct mail is essential. You will take strategic direction from creative leaders and turn complex nonprofit missions into clear, urgent, and inspiring messages.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-converting direct response copy for direct mail, digital campaigns, advertising, and video.
- Partner closely with Art Directors to develop strong conceptual approaches for various nonprofit clients.
- Translate detailed strategic instructions from creative directors into engaging donor communications.
- Ensure all written materials strictly adhere to client branding guidelines and production specifications.
- Maintain a deep understanding of direct response principles across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a copywriter with a heavy focus on direct mail and direct response marketing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing omnichannel campaigns that successfully moved audiences to action.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly in a remote environment with designers, strategists, and clients.
