Overview

In this position, you will take ownership of the contract lifecycle from start to finish. You will serve as a vital bridge between our internal clinical operations study teams, external sites, and sponsors. By managing critical documents and financial details, you help keep vital research moving forward on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, and related amendments.
Collaborate closely with internal study teams across North America and Europe to align deliverables with project timelines.
Lead discussions regarding contract terms and site budgets with investigative sites and sponsors.
Partner with supervisors and key stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve tricky contractual roadblocks.
Maintain compliance with internal company policies and contracting standards while keeping stakeholders updated on agreement statuses.

Requirements

Proven experience reviewing and negotiating clinical trial agreements and site budgets.
Strong familiarity with confidentiality disclosure agreements and vendor contracts.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead discussions across diverse international teams.
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a remote work setting.
