Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with life sciences clients to design and implement Vault CRM solutions that align with their business goals.
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and guide system configuration to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross functional internal teams to drive product adoption and future innovations.
Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and cloud software capabilities.

Requirements

Extensive experience implementing CRM solutions, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
Strong background in client facing consulting roles with proven success managing complex projects.
Deep understanding of commercial operations and SaaS technology platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
