Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant SAP HCM, you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier solutions. Your primary duties will include:

Leading full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations, guiding clients from initial blueprinting through go-live and offering ongoing post-implementation support.
Expertly configuring and optimizing various SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
Conducting detailed workshops, gathering precise business requirements, and designing robust, client-specific solutions.
Providing expert guidance on SAP HCM best practices, system enhancements, and effective integration strategies.
Mentoring junior consultants and actively contributing to our internal knowledge sharing and development initiatives.
Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to guarantee high-quality, reliable deliverables.

Requirements

To thrive in this critical role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

Extensive hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, including successful participation in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Profound functional expertise across key SAP HCM modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to tackle complex challenges effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for managing client relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
The ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a global, remote team.
Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this international role.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical work experience is expected.
