As a Senior Consultant in our Commercial Architecture team, you'll be instrumental in guiding our Life Sciences clients, helping them make smart, strategic decisions to maximize their investment in Veeva's powerful Commercial Cloud suite. You will serve as a vital advisor to key customer stakeholders, helping them make excellent decisions to achieve their strategic objectives through effective deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert strategic guidance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of life sciences clients.
Advise key customer stakeholders on optimal strategies and best practices for leveraging the Veeva Commercial Cloud.
Collaborate closely with clients to define, refine, and achieve their strategic business goals through technology.
Translate complex business requirements into robust, effective architectural solutions utilizing Veeva products.
Support clients in maximizing their return on investment from their Veeva Commercial Cloud deployments.
Lead engaging discovery sessions and workshops to deeply understand client needs and challenges.
Develop and present innovative solution designs, technical architectures, and strategic roadmaps.
Ensure the successful adoption, utilization, and ongoing optimization of Veeva applications across client organizations.
Act as a subject matter expert, staying current with Veeva product enhancements and industry trends.

Requirements

Substantial experience in a consulting role, with a strong preference for background in the life sciences sector.
Deep understanding of commercial processes and architectural best practices within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Proven expertise and hands-on experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud applications, such as Veeva CRM and Veeva PromoMats.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex business and technical challenges.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging effectively with senior client stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in guiding clients through complex technology implementations and transformations.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global team environment.
