You will bridge the gap between patient experience and clinical excellence. Half of your week dives into resolving complex patient escalations, while the other half involves shaping our cutting-edge clinical audit program utilizing advanced AI tools to review charts and elevate clinician performance. You can work from anywhere in the world because this position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve escalated patient complaints with empathy, clinical insight, and professionalism.
• Lead thorough investigations into patient safety and experience issues to drive meaningful resolutions.
• Own, refine, and evolve our clinical audit program utilizing innovative AI-powered chart review tools.
• Analyze full encounter summaries to unearth vital quality signals across our entire clinician network.
• Design and implement robust frameworks including clinician coaching methodologies and onboarding quality benchmarks.
• Create seamless feedback loops between raw audit data and everyday clinical practice to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license.
• Strong clinical judgment developed through extensive hands-on practice.
• Deep passion for patient safety, quality assurance, and healthcare operations.
• Comfort working with innovative technology and AI-driven workflow tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle delicate patient relations gracefully.
• Proven ability to build scalable frameworks and mentor clinical peers.
