Overview
As our new Senior Client Success Manager, you own the entire post sales journey for our most strategic accounts. You will champion the voice of the customer internally while driving adoption, satisfaction, and long term loyalty. By partnering closely with executive stakeholders, you will ensure our clients realize maximum value from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the ultimate account strategist, overseeing the entire client lifecycle and guiding complex migrations onto the Navan platform.
- Lead multi stakeholder transitions from initial scoping all the way through go live and hypercare support.
- Drive product adoption, high compliance rates, and stellar retention by offering expert consultative advice.
- Build bulletproof relationships with executive level program stakeholders to truly understand their business goals.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, working alongside product and engineering teams to prioritize client needs.
Requirements
- Extensive background in enterprise client success, account management, or strategic consulting within SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical migrations or large scale software implementations.
