Findev stands at the forefront of financial technology, committed to building robust and innovative platforms for the global Fixed Income market. We are actively seeking a talented Senior C++ Engineer to enhance our pivotal electronic corporate bond trading platform. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, meaning you can contribute to our mission from almost any location. You will become an integral part of a team dedicated to evolving a large-scale, real-time system, impacting how institutional corporate bond trading is conducted across various protocols and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Empowering and refining the core list-management service central to our electronic corporate bond trading platform. You will take full ownership of the trade negotiation and execution lifecycle across diverse and expanding trading protocols.
Developing and extending critical integration services, seamlessly bridging our platform with both internal and external trading systems.
Working extensively with modern C++ on a Linux environment, within a sophisticated microservices architecture. This is built upon a shared service framework leveraging schema-driven code generation, specifically FlatBuffers and Protobuf.
Contributing actively and thoughtfully across all stages of the project lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborating closely with business counterparts, translating complex financial requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

Substantial professional experience as a C++ Engineer, particularly with server-side development.
Deep proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and a strong understanding of its intricacies.
Extensive experience working in a Linux development environment.
Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Experience with messaging technologies like FlatBuffers or Protobuf, and schema-driven code generation.
A solid grasp of real-time, high-performance system design principles.
An ability to solve complex technical problems independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
Prior experience or a keen interest in financial markets, especially Fixed Income or trading platforms, will be a significant advantage.
