Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic design and hands on implementation of Reddit's AI first internal audit and risk program.
Develop, test, and deploy AI driven automation solutions for SOX controls testing, ensuring robust, efficient, and continuous assurance.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and finance teams to integrate AI and automation into existing processes and new initiatives.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for enhanced risk assessment, control monitoring, and anomaly detection across various business functions.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies, regulatory landscapes, and industry best practices in AI assurance and risk management.
Educate and champion the adoption of AI and automation within the internal audit and risk teams and across the broader organization.
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive AI governance framework, addressing ethical considerations, data privacy, and model reliability.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related technical field.
More than 5 years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related assurance function.
Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and control frameworks.
A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including practical experience with automation tools and techniques.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable audit and risk strategies.
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive independently in a fast paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.
