Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, definition, and documentation of complex business requirements for our no-code health insurance platform, translating client needs into clear, actionable specifications.
Act as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project scope and objectives.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements effectively.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on health insurance specific workflows and regulatory considerations.
Perform detailed gap analysis between current client processes and platform capabilities, proposing innovative solutions and enhancements.
Support the Quality Assurance team in defining test cases and validating solutions during user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate closely with product owners to prioritize features and maintain a robust product backlog.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the health insurance and Insurtech landscape.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a significant track record in the health insurance domain. Deep understanding of health insurance products, policy administration, claims processing, and regulatory compliance is essential.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex information and synthesizing clear, concise requirements.
Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at articulating ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and working within a fast-paced software development environment.
Proficiency in requirement management tools and techniques.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, global team setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
