Key Responsibilities

Independently own and drive your product workflow, spanning from initial design requirements through meticulous testing and successful deployment.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs that power our critical healthcare solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and impactful features.
Ensure the robustness, reliability, and operational excellence of our systems, advocating for best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping shape the future direction of our backend infrastructure.
Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Senior Backend Engineer, designing, building, and scaling complex systems.
Technical Mastery: Expertise in at least one modern backend programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Database Acumen: Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including performance tuning and schema design.
Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
API Proficiency: Strong proficiency in API design (RESTful, GraphQL) and developing robust, secure, and maintainable APIs.
