We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our fully remote US team and help us weave cutting edge AI capabilities into the core of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale robust backend features for our communication first sales platform.
Integrate advanced AI capabilities to automate data entry and streamline user workflows.
Manage asynchronous task processing and optimize our high volume data pipelines.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to ship impactful features rapidly.
Maintain high code quality standards through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience building scalable backend web applications.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks like Flask.
Solid working knowledge of data stores such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
Familiarity with containerization and cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
Based in the United States and eager to work in a 100 percent remote environment.
