The Revenue Technology team builds and optimizes the critical systems that power our global sales, marketing, and customer success operations. This Senior Associate role is crucial in ensuring these tools function flawlessly, providing direct support to internal users across customer and product teams. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert first-line and second-line support for AlphaSense's suite of revenue-generating tools, primarily focusing on CRM systems like Salesforce and related sales/marketing platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and user queries related to our customer and product support workflows.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, guiding them through tool functionalities and best practices.
- Configure and maintain various revenue tools, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance.
- Develop and update comprehensive documentation, training materials, and FAQs to empower self-service for internal users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within revenue operations, collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system enhancements.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings across supported platforms.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a support, operations, or administrative role focused on revenue technology tools, specifically CRM platforms (Salesforce highly preferred).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions to non-technical users.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and their underlying technological requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for translating technical information into easily understandable instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation within CRM systems.
