Role Overview

The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in architectural project delivery, technical coordination, and construction supervision. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial design development to final construction completion—ensuring that every phase meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Transform concept designs into comprehensive, detailed technical drawings.
Coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other vital project stakeholders.
Conduct rigorous reviews of drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure full compliance and accuracy.
Manage contractors on-site, perform routine inspections, and proactively resolve complex technical challenges.
Lead site meetings, prepare detailed project reports, and manage the creation of as-built drawings and snag lists.
Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project execution phase.
