Hunt St helps connect top remote talent from the Philippines with leading Australian companies. For this specific role, you will be engaged directly by our client, a premium architectural residential builder. This client operates across Queensland and New South Wales, specializing in delivering high-end custom homes and sophisticated renovations for discerning clientele. They frequently collaborate with leading architects and designers on complex, design driven projects. This is a 100% remote independent contractor role, specifically for candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design development process from initial concept through to detailed construction documentation.
Produce high quality architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules for luxury residential projects.
Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project success.
Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Conduct thorough site analyses and feasibility studies as required.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Stay current with industry trends, innovative materials, and relevant building codes.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in high-end residential architecture and interiors.
Possess a strong portfolio showcasing a range of luxury residential projects.
Proficiency in essential architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
In depth understanding of building codes, advanced construction techniques, and premium materials relevant to luxury homes.
Demonstrate outstanding design sensibility, meticulous technical detailing skills, and robust problem solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Must be based in the Philippines.
Ability to work independently as a contractor and align with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaborative activities.
