This is a fully remote position that you can do from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models into production to solve complex spend management problems.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Scale our AI infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and security across all features.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their practical application for our products.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in applied machine learning, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of taking AI models from conception to production in scalable cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, or predictive modeling applied to real-world business challenges.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for turning complex problems into simple solutions.
