As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be instrumental in scaling the analytical foundation at Luxury Presence. Our mission centers on empowering real estate professionals with cutting-edge technology. This role sits at the exciting intersection of data engineering and analytics. You will transform raw product, marketing, financial, and operational data into pristine, well-modeled, and reliable datasets. Your contributions will power executive dashboards, sophisticated cohort analyses, experimentation, billing operations, and even AI-powered outreach. You'll also build semantic layers allowing AI agents to autonomously answer stakeholder questions, making this a truly impactful and forward-looking position.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and pipelines that transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, People Operations, and Engineering teams to understand data needs.
Ensure our analytics stack remains scalable, robust, and perfectly aligned with evolving business objectives.
Build and optimize data structures supporting executive reporting, deep dive analyses, and complex operational workflows.
Develop tools and processes for data quality, governance, and comprehensive documentation.
Contribute to the strategy and development of our overall data platform, including experimentation frameworks and advanced AI integration.
Enable data self-service capabilities across the organization through intuitive data models and easily accessible semantic layers.

Requirements

While the specific tools and technologies might evolve, we are seeking someone with a strong background and practical experience:

Several years of dedicated experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar data-focused role.
Proven expertise in SQL and data modeling best practices, including understanding methodologies like Kimball or Data Vault.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Proficiency with data transformation tools, particularly dbt (data build tool).
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for creating impactful visualizations.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and thorough documentation principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, crucial for translating complex technical concepts for diverse business audiences.
A proactive, self-starter mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects independently and contribute effectively within a team environment.
