Key Responsibilities

Drive Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and deploy robust applications across the full stack, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, and database management.
Integrate Advanced AI Capabilities: Design and implement AI and machine learning features into our products, leveraging the latest tools and models to enhance functionality and user experience.
Provide Technical Leadership: Offer strong technical guidance to both internal teams and external developers, ensuring high code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient project execution.
Lead DevOps Initiatives: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of our applications, establishing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code principles.
Champion Software Architecture: Take ownership of architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability across our entire product suite.
Mentor and Collaborate: Work closely with team members, sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
Innovate with AI-Assisted Development: Actively explore and integrate AI-assisted and agentic development techniques to streamline workflows and accelerate product delivery.
Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, continually optimizing application performance and reliability.

Requirements

Extensive Full-Stack Expertise: Proven experience developing and deploying complex web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and robust back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Go, Java).
Deep AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding and practical experience with AI/ML concepts, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and integrating AI models into production systems.
DevOps Mastery: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.
Technical Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, guide other engineers, and make critical architectural decisions.
Database Savvy: Proficient with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
API Design & Integration: Solid experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
