Supported by leading investors like KKR and FTV Capital, we're growing rapidly and are now seeking a Senior AI Engineer focused on our Go-To-Market initiatives. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, inviting you to be a pivotal builder in our Data & AI team, making a tangible impact on our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered solutions, from initial concept through to production deployment, within our Go-To-Market organization.
Collaborate intimately with our Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to identify high-value business challenges that AI can effectively address.
Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into clear technical designs and actionable AI strategies.
Design, prototype, and build robust, scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly into daily operations and are utilized by our GTM teams.
Develop and refine AI models for critical tasks, such as intelligent account segmentation and prioritization, lead qualification automation, and personalized customer engagement.
Drive continuous improvement of our AI systems, ensuring their reliability, performance, and measurable impact on GTM effectiveness.
Champion best practices in AI development, MLOps, and data governance within the team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed AI solutions.
Demonstrable expertise in machine learning frameworks, libraries, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Deep understanding of the Go-To-Market landscape, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps processes, and how AI can optimize them.
Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong system design skills, capable of building scalable, reliable, and maintainable production AI systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
