About the Role: Senior AI Engineer

We are searching for a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This full-time, fully remote position is open to talented individuals worldwide, with a specific focus on candidates located in or passionate about contributing to the APAC and Africa regions. You will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions for Brain by AIVM, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in verifiable and trustworthy AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust AI models and intelligent systems for Brain by AIVM, focusing on verifiable and trustworthy enterprise applications.
Collaborate closely with product and research teams to translate complex requirements into scalable and high-performance AI solutions.
Lead the integration of AI components with blockchain infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, security, and transparency.
Contribute to architectural decisions, upholding best practices in software engineering, MLOps, and responsible AI development.
Drive innovation in agentic systems, AI governance, and verification techniques.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, applying relevant advancements to our product roadmap.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of deployed AI systems.
Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, along with proficiency in Python and relevant libraries.
Proven track record in developing and optimizing large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI models.
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and experience working with Web3 technologies is a significant advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models in production.
Strong problem-solving abilities, independent thinking, and a proactive approach to tackling complex technical challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
