Overview

Miratech is looking for an exceptional Senior AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal, fully remote role, you will lead a diverse range of change management and adoption efforts across our enterprise. While many initiatives will focus on the strategic integration and successful uptake of artificial intelligence, you will also provide vital support for broader organizational change and key project initiatives. As a senior individual contributor, you will regularly advise executives, strategically prioritize high-value audiences and use cases, cultivate new capabilities, dismantle barriers to usage, and crucially, translate our collective efforts into sustained adoption and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Significantly influence our enterprise AI adoption roadmap, defining target audiences, prioritizing impactful use cases, setting ambitious goals, and establishing clear value measures.
Provide strategic counsel to executives regarding potential adoption hurdles, necessary investments, crucial trade-offs, and specific actions required to accelerate responsible AI usage.
Create compelling and effective content designed to boost adoption and facilitate learning across all employees and teams.
Spearhead initiatives in audience segmentation, crafting engaging adoption journeys, launching targeted campaigns, fostering vibrant communities, and developing tailored, role-based learning programs.
Transform complex AI capabilities into actionable, practical workflow guidance, captivating demonstrations, comprehensive toolkits, and ongoing reinforcement mechanisms.
Undertake thorough change management planning and execution for both minor and major Digital Workplace programs and projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
Leverage behavioral insights and usage data to pinpoint areas of friction, experiment with various interventions, and successfully scale approaches that demonstrate positive results.
Mobilize resources and stakeholders effectively to achieve adoption objectives.

Requirements

To excel in this challenging yet rewarding role, you should bring a robust skill set and proven experience:

Demonstrable experience, typically 8+ years, in organizational change management, adoption engineering, or a similar field focused on technology enablement and human behavior.
Direct experience with AI adoption and enablement initiatives, especially involving large language models (LLMs) or generative AI, understanding the nuances of integrating these technologies into enterprise workflows.
Exceptional ability to advise and influence senior executives, translating complex technical concepts into strategic business recommendations.
Proven track record of developing engaging, effective learning content, demonstrations, and toolkits for diverse employee audiences.
Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to utilize behavioral and usage data to drive insights, measure impact, and refine adoption strategies.
Experience leading audience segmentation, designing user journeys, and implementing successful communication campaigns.
A deep understanding of project management principles, particularly for digital workplace programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive articulation of ideas.
A proactive, self-starting mindset, comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
