Overview

As a Senior Account Manager for M3 Global Research, you will act as the vital bridge between our clients and our physician panels. You will manage high value accounts, guide custom market research projects from kickoff to completion, and ensure our partners receive the highest quality data possible. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare clients.
Oversee end to end market research projects ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Collaborate closely with internal project management and operational teams.
Identify upselling opportunities and expand account footprints.
Provide expert guidance to clients on methodology and feasibility.

Requirements

Extensive experience in account management within the market research or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of hitting retention and revenue targets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
