Overview
As a Security Operations Engineer at Samsara, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our Connected Operations Cloud. You will dive deep into threat detection, incident response, and security automation. We are looking for someone who thinks like an attacker to better defend our infrastructure, ensuring that our millions of users and thousands of enterprise customers stay protected around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate anomalies across our global cloud and internal infrastructure.
- Respond to security incidents swiftly, containing threats and conducting thorough post-incident analysis.
- Build and improve automation tools to streamline our detection and response workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to bake security best practices into new product features.
- Participate in on call rotations to ensure continuous security coverage.
Requirements
- Solid experience in security operations, incident response, or a similar technical role.
