Key Responsibilities
Your day revolves around connecting with our community through thoughtful assistance and proactive care. Daily activities include the following
- Guiding shoppers on product sizing, fit, and styling recommendations via email, live chat, and phone support
- Resolving shipping inquiries, returns, and order modifications with patience and genuine care
- Partnering with logistics and fulfillment partners to untangle delivery issues before they escalate
- Sharing valuable customer insights with our production and digital teams to help us create better shopping experiences
- Representing the Reformation ethos by educating our shoppers on our circularity goals and climate positive milestones
Requirements

- Prior background in customer service, retail, or hospitality where problem solving was part of everyday life
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural, conversational tone
- Ability to remain calm, kind, and resourceful during high volume shopping seasons
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment while navigating multiple digital support tools and browser tabs
- Open availability to work flexible seasonal schedules, which may include weekend shifts and holiday coverage
