As our new Scrum Master for role 4761, you will play a vital part in enabling the commercialization of electrical energy nationwide. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where your leadership will directly boost the predictability, quality, and speed of our data integration squads. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the Scrum framework and other agile methodologies across multidisciplinary teams.
Act as a key bridge connecting technical squads, business units, architecture teams, operations, and external vendors.
Identify and ruthlessly remove blockers that slow down team productivity and delivery schedules.
Lead engaging agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Drive high performance and ensure tight alignment between day-to-day work and strategic company objectives.
