Key Responsibilities

You will diligently process claims related to property insurance. This includes residential buildings, household contents, and commercial properties.
Alternatively, you might focus on liability insurance claims, such as product liability and general operating liability.
Your daily work involves a thorough assessment of incoming claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
You will communicate with policyholders and other parties, providing clear guidance and managing expectations throughout the claims process.
Accurate data entry and maintenance of claim files will also be a vital part of your contributions.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and fair claims resolution, upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

You bring proven experience in claims processing, ideally within property insurance (residential buildings, household contents, commercial properties) or liability insurance (product liability, operating liability).
A high degree of analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your workload independently in a home office environment are critical.
Proficiency in relevant claims software and standard office applications is expected.
