We are actively seeking a talented SAP Middleware Developer for a full-time, direct W2 position. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, though candidates must be eligible for W2 employment in the U.S. The role comes with a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 annually, requiring at least six years of professional experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Integration Design: Take charge of designing intricate enterprise integration scenarios, connecting SAP S/4HANA and other core SAP applications with diverse non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems.
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire integration lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and interface design through development, rigorous testing, smooth deployment, proactive monitoring, and dedicated post go-live support.
Solution Development: Develop, configure, and implement integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and other relevant SAP middleware technologies.
Technical Expertise: Apply deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability and security.
Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to understand needs, define solutions, and create comprehensive technical documentation.
Best Practices Adherence: Champion integration best practices, design principles, and coding standards to build maintainable, scalable, and resilient solutions.

Requirements

Proven Experience: A minimum of six years of dedicated experience as an SAP Middleware Developer.
SAP CPI Mastery: Demonstrated deep expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including extensive experience with iFlow development, adapters, security configurations, and message mappings.
Integration Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, principles, and architectures.
SAP Ecosystem Knowledge: Solid experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other SAP modules.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, SFTP, OData, JDBC, JMS, and API management concepts.
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex technical challenges and providing effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear articulation of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
