Overview

As a Senior Consultant focusing on SAP Group Reporting within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing sophisticated financial solutions. Decision Inc. partners with organizations worldwide, helping them leverage data for smarter, faster decisions. Your expertise will directly enable our clients to streamline their consolidation, reporting, and planning processes, tackling challenges within intricate organizational structures. This is a fully remote, global opportunity, allowing you to contribute your talents from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements, from requirements gathering to solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Group Reporting.
Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP Group Reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, statutory, and management reporting within SAP.
Collaborate closely with client finance teams, understanding their challenges and crafting innovative solutions to enhance their FP&A capabilities.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency with new systems.
Stay ahead of SAP Group Reporting advancements and broader FP&A trends, continuously enriching our service offerings.
Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and solution demonstrations.

Requirements

Extensive experience as an SAP Group Reporting Consultant, specifically with a strong FP&A focus.
Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing SAP Group Reporting solutions, including consolidation logic, master data, reporting, and planning functions.
Deep understanding of financial consolidation processes, accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP), and financial planning methodologies.
Proven ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective SAP solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client facing skills.
A collaborative spirit with a problem solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high quality results.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
