This role is full-time, a direct W2 position, and offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 annually. It is a 100% remote position within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop: Lead the full Fiori/UI5 development lifecycle. You will conceptualize, design, and build modern, user-friendly SAP applications that consistently meet enterprise standards for usability, performance, and maintainability.
User Experience Focus: Ensure all applications adhere to strict usability, performance, and maintainability criteria. Deliver responsive Fiori applications that perform flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with functional consultants, ABAP developers, and UX teams. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and integrate Fiori solutions seamlessly.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong hands-on experience with SAPUI5, Fiori elements, and the SAP Fiori Launchpad to deliver robust solutions.
Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of Fiori application enhancements, maintenance, and ongoing support, ensuring long-term success and optimal performance.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of six years of professional experience in SAP Fiori / UI5 development.
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SAPUI5, Fiori elements, and the SAP Fiori Launchpad. This includes proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS3, and OData services.
SAP Fiori Best Practices: Deep understanding of SAP Fiori design guidelines, architecture, and best practices for responsive application development.
Problem Solver: A proven track record of designing, building, and enhancing complex SAP applications.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, interacting with diverse stakeholders including functional teams, ABAP developers, and UX designers.
