Overview

We are searching for a dedicated Salesforce Support Analyst to bolster the operations of a prominent international organization in New York. This is a fantastic long-term opening, welcoming both contractors and employees from anywhere globally. The core requirement involves working approximately 4 to 6 hours per day, aligning with normal New York office hours. For instance, 9 AM NY time corresponds to 7:30 PM in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Fluency in English is essential for clear and effective communication across our diverse teams and with end users.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate within an agile team framework to effectively manage all support activities related to Salesforce, Conga Composer, and Form Assembly implementations.
Provide comprehensive end-user support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Execute crucial system configurations, including working with custom objects, triggers, and workflows to optimize platform functionality.
Design and maintain detailed Conga Reports to meet organizational reporting needs.
Develop and manage Form Assembly forms and campaigns for various business processes.
Create and meticulously maintain complete documentation for all configuration specifications.
Assist proactively with ongoing system maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth operation.
Contribute to the gathering of requirements, proposing innovative solutions and practical workarounds based on platform features and inherent limitations.
Clearly communicate technical solutions and concepts, outlining trade-offs, potential risks, and tangible benefits to stakeholders.
Support various data activities, which include extracting, normalizing, and mapping data efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Support Analyst or in a similar Salesforce administrative/support role.
Proficiency in configuring Salesforce, including a strong understanding of custom objects, triggers, and workflows.
Familiarity with Conga Composer and Form Assembly is highly advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work 4 to 6 hours daily during New York office hours (e.g., 9 AM NY time).
A self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
