Overview

We are searching for a talented Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce environment. In this fully remote role available anywhere in the world, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users. You will handle everything from day-to-day configuration and security to advanced optimization projects that keep our rapidly expanding business running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate their operational needs into clean, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, security settings, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Design and build custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and process automation tools.
Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.
Monitor data quality, perform routine data cleanups, and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
Provide prompt support, troubleshooting assistance, and continuous training to our growing user base.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Salesforce Administrator with a solid track record of managing complex orgs.
Active Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
Deep working knowledge of security controls, process automation, data management tools, and reporting.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with clear communication skills.
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
