This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will sit right at the intersection of sales and operational excellence. You will help scale RC Capital by driving adoption of Early Payouts, streamlining financial workflows, and ensuring our developer customers experience seamless cash flow management. Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and onboard high potential mobile app developers who can benefit from accelerated revenue payouts.
Manage the end to end sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful deal closure and relationship nurturing.
Partner closely with our product and engineering teams to refine financial operations and build scalable internal systems.
Analyze usage patterns and financial data to optimize payout strategies and reduce risk.
Provide world class support to our developer community, addressing complex financial and operational inquiries with speed and clarity.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, financial operations, or a fast paced startup environment.
Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with technical founders and developers.
A strong ownership mentality and the ability to thrive with minimal supervision in a remote work setting.
