• Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and prospect high-value B2B accounts using cold calling, LinkedIn, and professional networking strategies.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients through discovery meetings to identify their specific challenges and present customized, high-impact business solutions.
• Relationship Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring that partnerships with corporate clients are maintained with long-term growth in mind.
• Reporting: Diligently track and report on essential sales KPIs and the overall health of project pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) or HND in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A proven track record of 5–10 years in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the Air Conditioning sector or closely related fields is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and effective use of social media platforms for business purposes.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this client-facing role.
