Wolt is a fast-scaling global tech company that started with restaurant deliveries and now brings almost anything straight to your doorstep. Alongside DoorDash, we operate in over 30 countries and 500 cities. As our new Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our merchant network across the Trójmiasto region. You will identify top partners, negotiate agreements, and build long-lasting relationships that delight our millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new merchant partnerships with top restaurants and retail stores in the Trójmiasto area.
Negotiate favorable terms and draft business agreements that drive revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to constantly optimize your outreach strategy.
Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and nurture strong ongoing relationships.

Requirements

Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Strong understanding of the Trójmiasto market dynamics and local business culture.
Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English.
A self-starter mindset with high energy, resilience, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
