As our Sales Manager for the EU region, you will step into a key leadership position where you shape the future of our European operations. You will support, guide, and develop a passionate team of sales professionals while driving the strategic expansion of our user base across diverse European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals across the EU region to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
Provide hands-on coaching to optimize conversions and ensure world-class customer interactions.
Drive the strategic growth of our user base by identifying emerging market opportunities and refining regional sales pipelines.
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align regional strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in leading and coaching sales teams, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the European business landscape and cultural nuances relevant to veterinary or healthcare markets.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of driving sustainable revenue growth.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional European languages is a strong plus.
