The Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management capacity.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team potential.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- A high level of adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
