Key Responsibilities

Maintain highly accurate customer information, account details, and sales administration records across Translogix and other internal platforms.
Process customer rate updates, rate reviews, pricing changes, and account amendments with meticulous attention to detail.
Support Account Managers and the Business Development Manager by preparing quotes, updating rate documentation, and pulling essential reports.
Monitor and manage the dedicated rate administration inbox providing prompt and professional responses to both internal teams and clients.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Sales departments to resolve rate discrepancies and streamline account workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience working in a sales administration, data entry, or customer support role ideally within the transport and logistics sector.
Strong familiarity with logistics software systems such as Translogix along with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet management.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of pricing updates without sacrificing accuracy.
Clear and professional communication skills for daily cross functional collaboration.
A reliable home office setup with a strong internet connection to support remote collaboration.
