Key Responsibilities

Review, abstract, and interpret complex healthcare real estate leases and related documents.
Maintain accurate lease data within our centralized real estate databases.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless lease administration operations.
Track critical dates such as expirations, renewal options, and rent escalations.
Assist with financial reconciliations and auditing lease charges when needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial lease administration or a related real estate field.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily remote collaboration.
Proficiency in modern lease management software and standard office applications.
