Key Responsibilities

As an RTG Lease Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing our extensive portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately abstracting and interpreting complex lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are correctly captured.
Maintaining and updating the lease management database with precision and timeliness.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with lease obligations and company policies.
Processing invoices and rent payments, reconciling accounts, and managing financial aspects related to leases.
Preparing comprehensive reports and summaries on lease portfolios for management review.
Assisting with lease audits, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Providing support for real estate transactions and development projects as needed.
Responding to inquiries regarding lease terms and conditions from various departments.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of experience and a proactive attitude. Ideal qualifications include:

Proven experience, typically more than two years, in lease administration, real estate management, or a related field.
