Overview

We are searching for a highly skilled and exceptionally motivated RPA Lead to become a pivotal part of our growing team. In this key role, you will hold the responsibility for overseeing the strategic design, comprehensive development, and seamless deployment of robotic process automation solutions. Your efforts will significantly streamline business operations. You will actively lead a dedicated team of RPA developers, engaging closely with business stakeholders to truly understand process automation requirements. Your goal will be to implement effective automation solutions that drive significant efficiency, boost productivity, and realize substantial cost savings throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the RPA team through the entire lifecycle of developing, meticulously testing, and deploying robust RPA solutions. You will work with leading platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize critical automation opportunities. This ensures that the design and implementation of all RPA solutions align perfectly with overarching business goals.
Design, develop, and diligently maintain RPA bots engineered to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks. It is essential that these bots are scalable, easy to maintain, and fully compliant with industry best practices.
Mentor and provide strong technical leadership to our talented RPA developers and analysts. You will ensure they consistently adhere to established coding standards, modern development methodologies, and the very best practices in their work.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Proven expertise with major RPA platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Certifications in one or more of these platforms are highly advantageous.
Demonstrable experience leading and mentoring development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective automation solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders alike.
A solid understanding of SDLC processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in automation development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
