We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RL Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, direct W2 position, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually. You will work 100% remotely within the U.S., becoming an integral part of an organization that values innovation and professional growth. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust reinforcement learning systems to tackle challenging decision-making problems where conventional supervised learning approaches are inadequate.
Apply your deep expertise in modern reinforcement learning algorithms, ensuring solutions are cutting-edge and effective.
Craft and refine sophisticated simulation environments for training and evaluating RL policies.
Develop and implement innovative reward models that accurately guide learning and optimize outcomes.
Address and overcome the engineering complexities inherent in training, evaluating, and deploying RL policies efficiently and at scale.
Bridge the gap between academic research and practical application, translating theoretical RL advancements into production ready systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

At least six years of professional experience as an RL Engineer or in a similar role focusing on reinforcement learning.
Profound familiarity with a wide array of modern reinforcement learning algorithms and their practical applications.
Demonstrated experience in developing and working with various simulation environments for RL agent training.
Proven ability in designing and implementing effective reward models for complex decision-making tasks.
Strong understanding of the engineering challenges involved in scaling RL training and inference to production levels.
A solid track record of successfully taking RL solutions from conceptualization and research into live production environments.
Possess a balanced blend of research depth and pragmatic engineering skills.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. as a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, EAD Holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.
