This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will directly contribute to the fundamental resilience and integrity of our trading platforms, ensuring they remain exceptionally robust against even the most extreme market conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding our systems and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecting Core Risk Models: You will lead the charge in designing the sophisticated financial logic and core risk control models specifically for perpetual contracts. This encompasses the continuous iteration of our funding rate model, developing advanced tiered margin systems, and optimizing Auto-Deleveraging (ADL) as well as forced liquidation logic. Your pivotal work will ensure our systems stand firm even during severe unilateral market movements and periods of intense volatility.
- Proactive Risk Monitoring: Establish and meticulously refine our daily risk monitoring framework. You will track funding rate fluctuations, precisely analyze user position exposure distribution, and evaluate order book liquidity depth in real time. Your keen eye will spot potential risks based on both on-chain and off-chain data, enabling prompt identification and alerting to maintain system integrity.
- Driving Strategy Implementation: Coordinate the seamless execution of all risk control requirements across teams. You will manage the entire lifecycle of risk control strategies, from initial requirement analysis and development to thorough testing, successful launch, and final acceptance, always striving for the highest quality implementation and adherence to best practices.
Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
