This unique part-time contract position, internally known as a Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Expert, offers you the chance to work fully remotely from anywhere in the world, tackling critical challenges at the intersection of AI and regulatory compliance. You will be compensated between $1,150-$1,450 per completed task, contributing your expertise on a flexible, project-by-project basis.

Key Responsibilities

Review and carefully evaluate AI-generated outputs, specifically those related to regulatory requirements and comprehensive compliance program assessments.
Develop and create realistic scenarios grounded in real-world compliance and risk workflows, such as insights from regulatory examinations and internal audit findings.
Accurately annotate, label, and validate data across various compliance use cases, including control testing procedures and regulatory change management processes.
Provide structured and actionable feedback on AI accuracy, particularly concerning adherence to vital regulatory standards like FINRA, OCC, FFIEC, FDA, SEC, GDPR, and HIPAA, alongside established risk frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000.
Collaborate asynchronously with our dedicated research teams, contributing your insights to refine and enhance evaluation frameworks for compliance and risk AI solutions.

Requirements

Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs is essential.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of key regulatory standards (FINRA, OCC, FFIEC, FDA, SEC, GDPR, HIPAA) and established risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000).
Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to critically assess information, identify potential risks, and ensure adherence to complex guidelines.
Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a fully remote, asynchronous team environment.
