Key Responsibilities

Craft engaging, expertly written responses to customer reviews that capture each client's unique brand voice.
Incorporate strategic keywords into review replies to improve overall local search engine optimization performance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to handle delicate or negative reviews thoughtfully and constructively.
Ensure all client feedback is addressed efficiently while upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Support expanding product offerings as we bring innovative solutions to the market.

Requirements
